This article examines undergraduate students' awareness and usage of Open Educational Resources (OERs) at selected higher education institutions in North Andhra Pradesh. 72 % of respondents claim awareness of Open Educational Resources (OERs). Respondents are mainly familiar with video lectures and open textbooks. Actual usage varies by academic discipline, generation, gender, and Internet access. Key limitations include limited information about Open Educational Resources (OERs) and weak Internet connectivity. The main suggestions from respondents are faculty advocacy, faculty workshops, and curated lists of Open Educational Resources (OERs). The results support aggressive, technology-enhanced, learner-centred approaches. These can increase the adoption of Open Educational Resources (OERs) and help address digital and academic equity gaps.
