Abstract

The reviews of literature is an important component of any research study. Bibliometric methods are frequently used to evaluates the scientific and technological productivity. There studies does not take into account of the type fo publications that are generating the published data. The measuring contributions to high-impact papers is more balanced than other bibliometric methods, but the volumes per scientists are more difficult to find. Hirsch (2005) intorduced a new scaler index ‘h’ to quantify individuals’ scientific research contribution. The ‘h’ - Indenx of an interested scientific is defined as the number of his publications cited more that ‘h’ times.
