Today use of information and communication technologies has become increasingly important in research libraries. In the electronic age survival of libraries without ICT is in danger. Present study is restricted only to research libraries of Haryana state having ICT based resources and services. Paper illustrates the reflection of available IT infrastructure and e- resources with these libraries. Study also highlights the management, control and retrieval of respective services and resources.
