The study is indented to elicit opinions from the users of Andhra University regarding the exploitation of Electronic Resources. A questionnaire was used to make a Survey of 152 research scholars and 132 teachers on use and user awareness of electronic resources in Andhra University reveals that despite the availability of wide range of e-resources the frequency of their use was low. The reasons identified for this are lack of time, lack of awareness, lack of subject coverage, and slow downloading.
