Abstract

This article describes in brief, a survey conducted at Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College Library, A.Rangampet, (Tirupati) to find out the user satisfaction in library resources and services. The study also covers the impact of these resources on the student academic work/study. Also describes the problems faced in using the library resources. Hence, there are about 2,835 students studying in the B.Tech, M.C.A and M.Tech in Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College. Since the population is too large to study in view of time and cost involved, a sample of 300 (10.5% of the total population) users has been drawn from the population consisting 2,835 members by simple random method. However, the investigator received responses from 290 (10.2%) persons.
