This paper discusses the authorship trend and collaborative research in the field of agricultural extension. The required data has been collected from the “Journal of extension system” published during the period of 2000–2009. The result shows that multi-authored papers contribution is more in number compared to single authored papers. The study also focuses the degree of collaboration of authors in agricultural extension research.
