The level of ICT training was also adequate. However, some of the factors that hindered the use of ICT facilities in these libraries include inadequate power outrage, inadequate technical staff for immediate assistance and constant breakdown of equipment. It is recommended herewith that the management of these libraries should make specify allowance available for the procurement of ICT facilities in such a way that individual librarian would have a set of computer at their disposal in order to disseminate information effectively.
