Job Satisfaction among Library Professionals Working in Undergraduate Degree Colleges in Hubli–Dharwad City

Abstract

Employees’ job satisfaction is of great significance for efficient and profitable functioning of any organisation. Satisfied workforce is the greatest asset of any organisation and dissatisfied employees are the biggest liability. In this article, the focus has been made on the levels of job satisfaction among library professionals working in undergraduate degree colleges in Hubli–Dharwad city. A well-designed 86 questionnaire were distributed to the library professionals to know their levels of job satisfaction.
