Online Questionnaire for Survey Research: Comparative Study of the Features Available with Free Account of Some Selected Tools

The use of Internet is rapidly increasing as a fast and effective communication channel all over the world. The online survey tools available on Internet are very quick, time and cost saving way for creating surveys, collecting responses and to reach large numbers of geographically distributed people from all over the world compared to paper, in-person, or telephone surveys. This paper presents the analysis of features available with free account of five online survey tools. This paper also discusses the advantages and disadvantages of online survey tools.
