The study revealed that various ICT facilities were readily available in the selected libraries such as computers, printers, photocopier, Internet connectivity, etc. However, inadequate funds, shortage of human resources, lack of training of staffs, low bandwidth, and irregular power supply are some of the challenges faced by the libraries.
