User satisfaction is the main aim of an academic library. This paper reports a part of a quantitative study that aims to evaluate the performance of libraries by measuring the users’ satisfaction with (a) library services, (b) library electronic resources and (c) satisfaction with print and electronic services provided by the Kakatiya University (KU) library. A self-developed questionnaire was used to gauge the respondents’ opinions about their satisfaction level on the statements regarding the three dimensions.
