Abstract

Five different pest management modules were evaluated for the management of thrips, Scirtothrips dorsalis on sweet pepper under protected and open field conditions at the Indian Institute of Horticultural Research, Bangalore for three seasons. Results indicated that acephate-oxy demeton methyl (M1), imidacloprid-ethofenprox (M2) and acephate-pongamia oil-abamectin (M2) were significantly more effective in reducing thrips damage.
