Multi parameters were collected from a papaya field infected with ring spot virus (PRSV). To visualise the individual contributions of each parameter, a technique of drawing circular charts with CIRCOS which is a program developed in PERL language was developed. The circular charts were designed to chart the data both in normalized as well as in nonnormalized ways, thus the overall effects of each character was clearly differentiated. The circular format allowed the viewing of 12 parameters of each plant as defined by its row and column position in a single hi-density graph which provided a way to visualise all the measured parameters across the entire field as a single chart.
