Local isolates of three fungal pathogens viz., Beauveria bassiana, Metarhizium anisopliae and Nomuraea rileyi were evaluated for their virulence against jasmine gallery worm, Elasmopalpus jasminophagus. Topical application and dry residue on Jasmine var. multiflorum leaves were conducted with the fungi conidial suspensions of 1 x 107, 2.5 x 107 and 2 x 109 conidia ml−1. Larvae with confirmed mycosis were observed with all the entomopathogenic fungi treatments in both topicalapplication and dryresiduemethodat conidial concentrationsof 1x107, 2.5x107 and 2x109 and resultedinsignificant mortality of larvae of E. jasminophagus. Topical application of B. bassiana significantly reduced the survival rates of E. jasminophagus at both 2.5x107 and 2x109. Metahizium anisopleae at (2 x 109 conidia ml−1) showed significant mortality percent in second (80.00), third (67.00) and fourth instar larvae (53.00). N. rileyi at conidial concentration 2x109 conidia ml1 showed 73.3, 53.00 and 77.00 per cent mortality in second, third and fourth instars larvae respecively, and was on par with chemical check. In dry residue experiment, M. anisopleae showed higher mortality percent at conidial concentration of 2x109 ml−1 in all the stages of larvae and was on par with the mortality caused by chemical check, Indaxocarb and commercial Bt product.
