Abstract

Customer satisfaction is an imperative for Wireless Local Loop (WLL) network operators on their way to superior economic success in the liberalized Indian market. In this paper author tries to identify the factors that are responsible in determining the customer's satisfaction in WLL market. Therefore, drawing a sample of customers in Delhi & NCR this study tests hypotheses suggesting factors affecting customer satisfaction. Categorical Regression Analysis, Chi- Square Test and Descriptive Analysis are used to investigate the relationship between considered variables. Customer satisfaction level of TATA – Walky is judged, which is one of the major products in the market as a case.
