Abstract

The role of emotional intelligence has assumed greater implications in wake ofemerging globalization, diverse work forces, unassuming leadership styles, demanding portfolio of job satisfaction and ever evolving benchmarks for performance evaluation of individuals as well as teams. This research paper aims at establishing role of emotional intelligence in influencing these cardinal issues and organizational productivity.

This research paper also outlines a pragmatic framework for judiciously utilizing emotional intelligence to achieve the organizational goals while improving the organizational productivity.
