Financial services can be defined as the product and services offered by Institutions like banks, Various kinds of financial transactions and other related activities like loans, insurance, credit cards, investment opportunities and money management as well as providing information on the stock market and other issue like market trends comes under financial services. The present paper is conceptual in nature. The basic objective of study will examine the financial services basically dealing with merchant banks, credit card, companies’ consumer finance companies stock brokerages or management of money. In the term of earning financial services are the largest industry in the world that represents 20% of the market capitalization along with, the various componets of financial and its role shall be explored in Indian context. Lastly, this study will reflect the limitation and coclusion of financial system.
