The purpose of this study was to assess self-perceived Corporate Image Building (CIB) level as found in sample of employees from banking sector in Delhi-NCR Region. To measure image building modified version of impression management scale developed by Wayne and Liden (1995) was used. The scale consists of two items customer focused and organization focused each measure using 5 items. Data was collected from employees working in corporate sector in Delhi NCR region. To measure corporate image building variable an online link was created using Google Drive and was forwarded to participants through E-mail and WhatsApp. In total 107 responses were considered for the purpose of analysis. This paper aims to look at self-perceived corporate image building score of employees working in corporate sector and also analyze their mean scores further with regard to level of management. To conclude, this study provides suggestions to top management of corporate sector in Delhi NCR region to strengthen corporate image building efforts by managing corporate communication effectively and efficiently.
