A study on work culture and talent management in hybrid work situation

Abstract

This paper examines the inspiration and viability of an on-location and hybrid working model with reference to talent management and work culture of employees. An exploration question is raised that concerns the distinction among negative and positive methodologies towards various working conditions when following the parts of regard and pride, support, caring, prizes, absolution and inspiration, and finds out if these contrast in a general sense and address diverse hypothetical instruments.
