Performance appraisal system attituition of employees with a special application to private educational institutes of Ghaziabad

Abstract

Performance appraisals can be very helpful in fostering the growth of employees in the future, according to this study. The growth potential is discussed in many ways in the research. A performance appraisal system is essential for growth and profitability. During the study, we discussed how essential it is for superiors and juniors to communicate effectively to create a productive workplace environment. Several statistical tests have been used to analyze the data, including factor analysis and reliability tests. In Ghaziabad, 150 respondents were drawn from private educational institutes.
