This research paper is a research study based on a review of the literature on the education industry. The epidemic has made the issue even more urgent. Workers in the organization need to understand how they can adapt to rapidly changing conditions, and companies need to understand how to adapt these workers to new roles and activities. This dynamic is more about remote work or the role of technology. This document will also look at how educators improve and retrain in this age of epidemics.
To meet this challenge, organizations should design a talent strategy that develops employees’ critical digital and cognitive capabilities, their social skills, and their capabilities and resilience. In this paper we are focusing on how the organization to double up on their learning budgets and commit to reskilling. Developing this practice will also strengthen organization for future uncertainties.
In this article, we discuss the uncertainties and challenges facing educators and the entire education industry. How difficult it is for students and teachers to adopt new learning approaches, and in the future what will become of the execution of educational institutions to become an active part of the industry.
