Internet of things: In library management

The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of IoT (Internet of Things). Internet of Things facilitates the seamless integration of things with the Internet in libraries. Internet of Things provides multiple services that are centered on the libraries as well as users. Most of the digital equipments are now using in libraries is based on the Internet of Thing. This article discusses the many aspects, characteristics, features, Types of IoT platforms, benefits as well as the necessity for the use of Internet of Things in libraries.
