Abstract

With the increasing Use of AI, recruitment marketing has evolved in a well-defined way. Recruitment marketing becomes more personalized, targeted, and faster while incorporating AI Tools. Strategic frameworks and policies are being designed by organizations to attract, engage, retain, and convert prospective customers or job aspirants. To this end, organizations are adopting AI tools such as predictive analytics, resume-screening software, social media targeting algorithms, and automated employer-branding platforms to support their operations. This study examines the use of AI in recruitment marketing and its effect on organizational brand image.

The primary objective of the study is to analyze how AI-driven recruitment marketing practices impact employer branding, candidate experience, and overall organizational image. This study uses a descriptive methodology, drawing on observations from primary and secondary sources. Key dimensions studied include perceived efficiency, visibility, personalization, and technological advancement of AI-based recruitment systems.

The results indicate that AI recruitment marketing plays a significant role in the organization’s brand image and has a positive influence. It is concluded that the lack of interaction and ethical perspectives is far behind in the screening and allocation of human resources. This study offers significant insights into building the organization’s image and enhancing the effectiveness of HR operations by improving the experience and perceived professionalism. It may also, to some extent, be reflected as an adverse effect in terms of fairness and ethical context. The findings highlight that the recruitment strategy has significant potential to enhance the organization’s branding and reputation. For future prospects, it may be a significant key to attaining a competitive advantage.
