Abstract

A number of 2- amino thiazoles were acylated wiih ethylglycinate in acidic medium to obtain 2-glycilamino thiazoles, which were treated with 2-fluoro methylbenzoate to obtain title compounds (III). Their antifungal activity has been reporred against Aspergillus niger and Pyricularia oryzae. Based on screening data, attempts save ebeenade to highlight htructure-activity relationship.
