Laboratory tests were carried out to evaluate the toxicity of various Bacillus thuringiensis products (spicthurin, Delfin OF, Biobit and Halt) aganist three species of egg parasitoids viz., Trichogramma chilonis, T. japonicum and T. brasiliensis. The results revealed that all the five Bt preparations were safe for three species of Trichogramma. No adverse effect on growth and development of these parasitoids due to these biopesticides were recorded.
