Abstract

The persistence and dissipation pattern of dimethoate residues in/on green fruits of chillies following foliar application @ 150 g and 300 g a.i. ha−1 are reported. An initial deposit of 4.91 ppm dissipated rapidly and reached below the maximum residue limit (2 ppm) after a lapse of 4.4 d with a half life of 4.2 days.
