The relationship between the structures of a series of O,O-diaryl O-n-propyl phosphorothionates and their fungicidal activity against Rhizoctonia solani and Sciendum rolfsii has been studied using physico-chemical parameters of the compounds by means of multiple regression analysis. The QSAR models obtained reveal different structural requirement for fungitoxicity against R. solani and 5. rolfsii.
