Abstract

Starting from substituted acetophenones and aromatic aldehydes, twenty substituted 3, 5-bis-1H-pyrazoles were synthesised and screened for the fungicidal activity. A few of these compounds have exhibited fungitoxicity against Rhizoctonia solani, Fiisarium oxysporum and Colletotrichum capsicum.
