A field experiment was conducted to study the residues of quinalphos in greengram (var. Sarala) and blackgram (var. Dhauli) following application @ 0.5 and 1 kg a.i. ha−1 one month after sowing and at the pod initiation stage. The safe waiting period of 18–23 days in greengram and 17–22 days in blackgram, respectively is reported.
