The study was undertaken to evaluate the ethanolic extract of Ocimum canum L. leaves against T. castaneum, R. dominica and C. chinensis for repellent action and mortality. The extract was found to be more effective against T. castaneum with thh eighest repellency (73.9%). It showed 61.0% and 63.2% insecticidal activities against T. castaneum and C. chinensis, respectively.
