Abstract

Evaluation of five insecticides (dimethoate, endosulfan, acephate, thiamethoxam and imidacloprid) against Asian Citrus Psyllid (ACP) populations from Nagpur and Amravati showed varying levels of insecticide susceptibility, reflecting low to moderate resistance (RR between 0.57–2.55 in Nagpur population and 0.47–5.00 in Amravati population in case of adults and 1.83- 4.22 in Nagpur population and 1.85- 4.55 in Amravati population in case of nymphs) in Diaphorina citri. Fourth instar nymphs exhibited greater resistance than the adults.
