Persistence of Spiromesifen 22.9 SC in/on Cucumber (Cucumis sativus)

Abstract

The persistence of spiromesifen in/on cucumber, Cucumis sativas under field condition is reported. The initial deposits in/on cucumber fruits after two applications@ 96 and 192 g a.i. ha−1 were 0.47 and 0.79 mg kg−1 respectively which declined and reached below determination level on the 10th d at both the doses of application. The half-lives of spiromesifen in cucumber were found to be 5.6 and 4.8 d at the standard and the double doses, respectively.
