A novel ultrafast liquid chromatography (UFLC) method has been developed and validated for quantification of spinetoram in suspension concentrate (SC) formulation. The linearity of proposed method was investigated in the range of 200-1000 µg mL-1 (r2 = 0.999). The recovery was found to be 99.9%. The RSD values for precision study was <1.2 as per modified Horwitz equation, as requirements by CIPAC. The two closely related isomers, XDE-175-J and XDE-175-L present in 3.15: 0.85 ratios. The developed method was found to be specific, linear, precise and accurate. This method is also useful for quantification of spinetoram in their single or combination formulated products.
