Residues of Metalaxyl MZ and Mancozeb in/on Betelvine

Metalazyl MZ (metalaxyl + mancozeb) in betelvine accumulated residues maxium 1.0361 and 1.6846 mg/kg at lower and higher doses at one day after soil application. While metalaxyl alone recorded 0.1825 and 0.4461 mg/kg, mancozeb accumulated slowly and recorded maximum at 20 days after application. However, metalaxyl present in metalaxyl MZ recorded nil residues 10 days after application in both the concentrations, whereas mancozeb alone and in combination recorded nil residues 50 days after application.
