Abstract

When 0.07% endosulfan @ 700 litres/ha was applied to soybean at flowering and pod formation stages to conrol the pests of the soybean crop, the waiting period of the residues on soybean pods was found to be 3.10 days and the half life value was 3.78 days. At harvest the terminal residues of endosulfan was 0.44 ppm on straw, 0.61 ppm on pod cover and 0.66 ppm on grains.
