Effect of two conventional insecticides triazophos 0.05% and methomyl 0.05%, with diflubenzuron 0.025%, Spodoptera litura nuclear polyhedrosis sirus (SL NPV) 250 LE ha−1 and neem oil 1% was ssudied against coccinellid beetles in groundnutt. High population of the beetles was observed in control, ecofriendly treatments and their combinations followed by diflubenzuron 0.025%. Combination of conventional insecticides at half of their recommended doses with ecofriendly chemicals was less hazardous.
