The purpose of this study was to develop and validate a situational judgement test (SJT) to measure moral disengagement (MD). A situation judgment test consisting of 20 items including two buffer items was administered on a sample of 242 participants. It had three factors consisting of interpersonal disengagement, social disengagement and personal disengagement. Reliability of the moral disengagement situation judgment test was established calculating test retest, spilt-half and Cronbach's alpha. The value of test retest was 0.70, Cronbach's alpha was 0.78 and spilt-half was 0.66. Criterion Validity for the SJT was 0.41** (p<.001). Factorial validity of the SJT yielded three distinct factors comprising items having high factor loadings. Factor loadings above than |.50| were selected in final scale. This test may be valuable tool to measure moral disengagement for adults.
