At present organisations in India are facing very serious problems of employee's grievances. Grievance can be interpersonal and intra-personal. Grievance is a kind of dissatisfaction or discontent on any issue concerning any organisational matter. Grievance can arise either by real or imaginary reason(s). When the organisation fails to resolve the problem in time, it can turn into conflict or dispute, which can directly affect the organisation's goodwill and productivity. Hence, an organisation sets up grievance handling procedure to overcome the problem. Comparing Indian and Foreign employee's grievance handling procedure, procedures are almost same, except differences in time frame. Indian organisations are rigid with hierarchical procedure in formal procedure to resolve the problem. Also they are not ready to take initiative and responsibility to resolve the problem soon. Foreign companies also abide by rules, but they are not delaying to settle the issues.
