Food Combination: Most Accredited Area in the Field of Research

Abstract

This paper finds urgent consideration and requirement of scientific researches in the field of food combination which would be helpful in minimising the ailments/deformities developed because of the anti food (incompatible food). In recent years the effect of food combination is been described in terms of digestion. If the food intake has not properly been digested, not only can, acid reflux, heartburn, painful gas, and other stomach problems arise, but the body will also be deprived of critical nutrients. Some advancement in scientific terms in this regard is being made and relating the food combination with body ecology is a new emerging concept in west.
