Modern medication has played an important role in minimising the dangers and havocs of diseases like small pox, cholera, tuberculosis, etc. However, it has failed to provide holistic healing on one hand, modern medical science has gained rapid acceptability as a very prominent mode of curing disease, yet on the other, it is equally true that the reasons behind many diseases are not completely understood. Mind power plays the most important role in curing and it should be put to maximum use. Each field of alternative medicine has its own advantages, but ultimately, healing and health are matters of our thought process, psychology, willpower, control, mind power and spiritual orientation.
