Welfare of employee and his family members is an effective advertising and also a method of buying the gratitude and loyalty of employees. The changes in the work culture and the mordent lifestyle undoubtedly have negative effects on employee health or wellbeing. This article tries to study the pattern of wellness programme practices and its effect on the willingness of the employees to continue with the organisation. The study tries to find out those HR practices that have an effect on talent retention as perceived by the employees. Majority of the variables were found to be highly correlated and some were moderately correlated to the willingness of the employee to stay with the organisation.
