Present study aimed to assess relationship between anxiety, depression and quality of life among diabetic, asthmatic and & non-patient groups. The sample comprised 30 asthmatic patients, 30 diabetic comprised 90 participants and 30 nonpatients from different medical hospitals of Raipur were selected through purposive sampling. State Trait Anxiety Inventory, (Sesti 2000), WHO Quality of Life-BREF (1996), Beck's Depression Inventory (1996) and General Health Questionnaire-GHQ (Shamsunder et al., 1986). were used in data collection. Study revealed significantly negative correlation between all the domains of quality of life i.e. Physical health, psychological health, social relationship and environmental factor (p=0.01). Hence for there is a need for psychosocial intervention for the coping in better way.
