In today's environment, the rules for working are changing, now the employees are no longer criticised and judged based on their flaws and their weaknesses but rather their strengths are identified and further appreciated towards the betterment of the individual as well as the organization and this is called Appreciative Inquiry (AI). Appreciative Inquiry is about the coevolutionary search for the best in people, their organizations and the relevant world around them. This study aimed to find the effect of 2 days Appreciative Inquiry workshop on individuals belonging to various institutions and their Motivation towards their work. As the behavioural data was required therefore Convenient and Judgement sampling methods were used, for this purpose the researcher selected 200 male and female individuals from higher educational institutions. Appreciative Inquiry was considered the independent variable and Motivation was considered the dependent variable. For this Pre and Post study design was used, for which Motivational Analysis Scale (MAO-S) by Uday Pareek was used for data collection. The level of significance was set at 0.05 level.
