Abstract

Encryption and Decryption effects the qu uality of image and loss data, Quality of image describe no e error or noise exist in image, if data loss will be less then im mage quality will be increase, we can measure the image qu uality using Mean Square Error (MSE), Peak to Noise Ratiio (PSNR). A digital image that has been compressed, stor red or transmitted, and then decompressed again. Unless a llossless compression method has been used, the resulting i image is normally not identical to the original image and th he deviation from the (ideal) original image is then a measu ure of quality. By considering a large set of images, and de etermining a quality measure for each of them, statistical metthods can be used to determine an overall quality measure o of the compression method.
