We have reported the results of resistivity behavior of R0.67Sr0.33MnO3, (R =Nd, Pr) manganites. The samples have been synthesised by solid state reaction method. These compounds were characterized for phase formation by using X-Ray diffraction (XRD) technique and low temperature resistivity versus temperature measurement. The absence of any impurity peak shows the monophasic nature of the prepared samples. The low temperature resistivity-temperature study shows metal to insulator transition at 250K and 290K for Nd0.67Sr0.33MnO3 and Pr0.67Sr0.33MnO3 respectively. We have fitted the R-T behavior for various conduction mechanisms like variable range hopping, polaron hopping etc.
