Cricket players play in different parts of the country and the world but spectators and all cricket lovers watch the ball-by-ball game sitting in their living rooms and bedrooms. Indian youth watch the game with full spirits. They praise the batsman on good striking shots and shout in anger if they find a small mistake done by the batsman, fielder or the bowler. Young generation follows the game with so much passion they forget their studies and exams. Chetan Bhagat is a renowned Indian writer who is also famous among youths. He also has explored the younger generations’ passion, love, and aspiration for the game through his novels. He has shed light on different stages of youth from being a child to adulthood to manhood, their struggle for making a career under the pressure of the family and society.
