Its purpose is not limited to physical exercise only, but it is a comprehensive path to make every aspect of life balanced and prosperous. The sole objective of Yoga is to attain the state of Samadhi through the union of soul and God. Knowing this meaning, many seekers attain the path of salvation and liberation through yoga practice. Under Yoga, the seeker attains Kaivalya by going through Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi in a step-by-step manner.
