The Review provides detail information regarding X-ray powder diffraction technique (XRPD). X-ray powder diffraction (XRPD) is innovative analytical technique used for determination of crystalline or amorphous nature of compound. XRPD technique is important for investigation of nanocrystalline form of the compound.
