Like fungi, endophytic fungi are distributed within the all plants of all habitats in all over the world. Endophytic fungi distribution can be varied in plants due to the chemical nature of host (plant) tissues, environmental factors such as salinity, temperature, seasonal variations. Hence, documentation of the diversity of endophytic fungi throughout the world is difficult task to achieve the appropriate evaluation of endophytic fungi distribution in different environments on earth. Therefore, endophytic fungi discoveries are important, not only for their abundance and diversity it also has the biological potential of novel compounds for industrial, pharmaceutical and agricultural applications.
