Canine Oral and Fecal Lactic Acid Bacteria Strains were isolated from 40 healthy dog oral and fecal samples. Lactic Acid Bacteria were found in 70% of canine fecal samples and 40% of canine oral samples. Then these samples were cultured on Lactobacillus Selective Media with acetic acid. Out of these 6 samples were identified with partial 16s rRNA gene sequencing and various Biochemical Tests for their pro-biotic characteristic. Lactobacillus
